Menus and Meals

Yes, everything we deliver to you is Under the supervision of Kehilas Agudas Achim Haraw Schoul Breisch schlite. We use only kosher ingredients, and we prepare and package every meal according to Jewish dietary law.
Let us know what it is and we’ll do our best to add it to our menu for the next vacation season. Our goal is to bring you the foods you love best while you’re on vacation, and we’re always interested in menu suggestions.

Ordering

Yes, you can cancel your Mealgo order at any time before July 15, 2016. Just e-mail us at the address on our Contact page to let us know that you need to cancel your order. We will respond with e-mail confirming your cancellation.
To avoid confusion, we do not accept partial cancellations or date changes after an order is placed. If you need to change the dates for your order, simply cancel the first order and place a new one for your new dates.
Get in touch with us. We can’t promise that we’ll be able to cancel your order, but we’ll do everything we can to help with your situation.

Payment

We accept payment with major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All orders, including payment, must be completed on our website. Our payment system is secure, and we do not share our customers’ payment information with third parties.
Mealgo keeps delivery costs low by securing a standard, competitive rate with local delivery partners. The delivery fee for each £50 of foods purchased is £6 for standard items and £9 for refrigerated items. All delivery fees are calculated and added to your order when it is finalized, so you won’t have any fees to pay when deliveries are made.

Deliveries

You can order meals to be delivered beginning on August 1, 2016.
We will be delivering meals through August 31 during 2016.
We work with several major delivery service providers, and missed deliveries are handled according to the policy of the service provider. If no one is available to receive a delivery when it arrives, the delivery service provider will either leave the package in a suitable location, such as outside the door, or deliver it to a local station where you can pick it up, depending on the policy of the specific service provider.

Our delivery service is very reliable and delivery failures are rare, but circumstances such as extreme weather events can cause delays. You can select either DHL or MealGo’s freight service to deliver your meals when you place your order. Your delivery service provider will be noted in the order confirmation e-mail you receive from us.

If your meals are being delivered by DHL, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail the day before each delivery. In the event that an expected delivery is not made, use the tracking number provided to check the delivery status on the DHL website. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact us contact us so that we can make sure your meals are expedited to you.

If your order is being delivered with MealGo's freight delivery service, you will receive a delivery schedule the day before each delivery. In the event that an expected delivery is not made on schedule, please contact us so that we can make sure your meals are expedited to you.

We’re very sorry that you didn’t receive everything you were expecting. Contact us right away to tell us what was missing. We’ll check your order and add the missing item to your next delivery.
Unfortunately, we can’t make changes to existing orders. If you ordered an item for dates in the future, you will continue to receive that item. But we’re sorry that you didn’t find the item as tasty as you were expecting it to be, and we’ll take your feedback into account when planning next season’s menus.

Privacy

No, we do not share information about our customers with any third parties. If we decide that sharing information such as our customers’ e-mail addresses with another business would be a good idea in the future, we will ask your permission first.
