Our delivery service is very reliable and delivery failures are rare, but circumstances such as extreme weather events can cause delays. You can select either DHL or MealGo’s freight service to deliver your meals when you place your order. Your delivery service provider will be noted in the order confirmation e-mail you receive from us.
If your meals are being delivered by DHL, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail the day before each delivery. In the event that an expected delivery is not made, use the tracking number provided to check the delivery status on the DHL website. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact us contact us so that we can make sure your meals are expedited to you.
If your order is being delivered with MealGo's freight delivery service, you will receive a delivery schedule the day before each delivery. In the event that an expected delivery is not made on schedule, please contact us so that we can make sure your meals are expedited to you.
